I'm convinced the quality of play at night is so much worse than day.

 

I opened up another box only to get a regular Lucio victory pose and a Widowmaker Olympic skin.

The only problem being that I DONT PLAY WIDOWMAKER.

THIS GAME IS RUINING MY LIFE.

Had a suspiciously good day yesterday where I went from rank 46 to 49. Hopefully it's not a lead up to a huge losing streak

 

Also hit 49 last night; the dream of hitting 50 before the end of the season might become reality.

 

We're all sitting at 49 rn. This makes me feel good considering y'all are good players.

 

Gotta get dem competitive points boiiis. Strange though, when I play in a full team I lose a lot of the time and drop ranks,. But, when I play on my own or with a friend, we win most of the time.

 

Oh, and if you're not doing it already, use the Zenyatta/Lucio combo. It's such a dream.

 

we gotta play Friday man. I need them group bonus and we still haven't played competitve together even if you are like 10 ranks higher.

 

Blizzard revealing a new animated short next Thursday during Blizzcon. The rumor mill says its Bastion due to a slip up by one of the Blizz different country twitters mentioning it.

 

After initially seeing that every game I've seen a huge dropoff. No surprise my losses have skyrocketed lol.

1 hero limit is the best. I would have been really annoyed if they removed it

 

I've been noticing that the meta now is basically these two/2 offense heroes and 2 tanks.

like it's crazy to see mercy got pushed out of the meta thanks to that buff.

 

What is a meta?

 

Shooting your opponent's goalie while you are playing Lucioball so that they fly out of the goal is my favorite thing to do now

 

Not to mention the nerf to her ult. I definitely try to talk my healers to not be Mercy or I just play Lucio until they change lol.

 

I have the exact opposite issue, which I suppose is a good thing.

didn't they nerf the re-charge time on the ult to make it charge slower?

Yeah it's basically ether Zenyatta or Lucio for me unless I'm bored and just want to heal as Mercy.

I'm a little bitter tbh because I used to be one of the rare to play Zenyatta before the buff and now everyone plays him.

It's like I struggled with the terrible health and now you all get to enjoy the luxury of decent health.

 

That's how I feel about D. Va sometimes even though she wasn't as rare as Zenyatta. People would complain that I'd use her and say she sucks and I'd still do great and now everyone uses her.

Although it does lead to lots of fun.

 

I don't think I saw Mercy any less after the Zenyatta buff. I certainly didn't play her any less when I was supporting.

 

Yeah I still use Mercy a lot, especially on defense missions

 

Man I am salty af tonight. Lost about 5 competitive games in a row. Why do teammates not get that Zarya will MELT D.Va?! I don't think I've died to a D.Va as Zarya in 1v1 situations unless I was incredibly weak.
