I still enjoy it and I'm finally getting the hang of competitive. Probably helps that I don't have any other games and my only blizzard game before this was the original StarCraft. I'm an old man.

 

To be fair the original StarCraft is probably the best Blizzard game still

 

I'm glad that I don't care about loot boxes and skins.

 

I'm still having fun with the game thanks to the fact that I can play with some co-workers or people through this site.

I stopped going on competitve though because early leavers was getting annoying.

I do get annoyed at how crappy the loot box system is especially with the money you get for duplicates. I'm already near 2000 coins though and I'll mostly likely have some good change when I hit level 100 to get some decent skins.

I do like the breakdown of my playtime though with each class. It goes:

18.6% in offense.
26.8% in defense.
22.5% in tanks.
32.1% in support.

and on the plus side I'm starting to use offense characters more so it should go up.

My gameplay on this has died down lately too and will probably go down even more when new games are out. I almost hate to say it but I am going back to Wow. It's impossible to never go back to that game. The new stuff they have is too good not to try at least for a month.

 

Had a slew of great matches today. Felt good.

Tough day dropped like six ranks. Solo queuing will be the death of me.

 

So I'm only level 14 and haven't unlocked competitive. Is it the same but people take it more serious?

 

It's more serious and also the one hero rule has been implemented in competitve mode to give it more of a "balance" and no double Torbjorn or double tracers.

 

Also not to mention it's more based around how long you can push the objective/hold the enemy team back.

There's no rush as season one is still a bit meh. Expect more out of season two.

 

I havent yet but will once I get paid. Especially since you can play as Demon Hunters August 9th if you do. Love that it's a hero class too. I had so much fun with Death Knights when they were first out so I'm hoping for the same with this class.

 

Man, team composition today has been fucking terrible. Game after game we lost just due to terrible teams. Teams with 3 snipers at once, teams with 3 healers, ones with pure offense and no tanks, no one changing despite the fact we're getting pummled. So fucking annoying...

 

Maybe it's just me/not a real thing, but Sunday seems like a particularly terrible day for this game. I feel like I can't recall a particularly great Sunday experience with it haha

 

Not just you. I find Friday nights to be the best, Saturday is a coin toss, and Sunday it seems like the pros rest lol.

 

52 hours, 400 games, 203 won. Almost 51%!

It's been a good run. Time to uninstall again. I'll probably come back when something new happens. I love the D.Va and Zenyatta buffs, but I wish I liked Ana more.
