Finally got a POTG last night as Lucio on king of the hill. Popped my ult on a capture point as 3 enemies were coming around the corner and i blasted them off the map #feelsgoodman

 

i got a silly potg as lucio yday. i got like 3 defensive assists due to passive healing then did my ult, but all the enemies around me were dead already so it was a wasted ult captured and shown to all as some sick punishment by blizz

 

I had a POTG today where I died and my turret had killed like 3 people while I was dead so it just showed me standing in my base doing nothing. Very POTG worthy.

 

So I had some of my best and worst games last night, but they were all of a similar type.

The bad...on Dorado we were 0.97m from the goal and not only couldn't we push it, but no one was alive to get us an overtime. So bad.

The good...we basically stopped our opponent in that same situation on Route 66. The funny story was that one of my teammates sarcastically types "EZ" at the end of that match and our level 62 teammate absolutely loses his shit on the guy. Talking about etiquette and blah blah blah. I felt like both sides were kind of dumb. We were up to defend next and I expected us to completely blow it cause these guys were going at it...opponent didn't even make it to the first checkpoint haha.

 

POTG needs an overhaul. Bastion + turret + junkrat ulti comprise like 90% of the POTGs I see.

 

Scoot and I had a game where we were down 99/0. we pulled it back to 99/99 and dropped it. Such a buzzkill.

 

I noticed that at first but last night it was all Reaper and McCree. Maybe a Bastion or two sprinkled in there.

Bastion has gone down as less people are using it. When offense wins a match I'll see a Reaper or McCree ultis...sometimes a D. Va. I would take a sick Widowmaker or Hanzo snipe over any of those.

 

I think snipe potg's are the most boring hah. A dev was talking about it and during the beta 99% of the potg's were Zenyatta's ult because of the ridiculous passive healing.

 

I'll take some sick push off cliffs by lucio everyday of the week

 

every POTG should just be mercy healing because she is the best

 

I wish lucio's ult pushed people back too, I mean it makes sense

 

This is 100% fact.

 

pretty sure I saw a guy play with a leafs themed skin. Shoulda planned the parade before the game started.

 

I've only seen it happen once or twice. Absurd.

yeah it took me a bit to notice....with the jester one i was like "cool, it's like the joker" then i was looking through his other skins and saw the other legendary was scarecrow, and i was like "ohhhh ok i see this batman thing going on..." haha

agreed! i didn't expect to enjoy playing him so when i got it i was like "cool", then i started doing well with him, and now i'm admiring the design of the gun every time i play

I'm playing a game right now in Temple Of Anubis and it's the capture the objectives. The opposing team is defending and they have two Torbjorn with turrets up right next to a Bastion in the first area. We can't even get through at all.

 

I played with some goofballs earlier today...set up hanamura with 5 Torbjorns (I was the lone Pharah). Opponent had no chance.
