Only a few more weeks until they're nerfed until the ground.

 

I've played 18 games with Symmetra and my win rate with her is at 94% so yeah that's a small sample size but also pretty absurd.

 

Happy to see people coming around to the greatness.

 

just had my internet go out before the second round of a KOTH game where i had 30 kills as tracer in the first round

 

also i realized why i like KOTH maps most, 6 torb is much less viable

 

Esports Overwatch is so much fun to watch.

I know it's only PC right now but it would be really cool if Blizzard also supported console Overwatch in Esports since both are really different right now.

I hope they do eventually. I know Smite has XB1 tournaments.

 

Yeah that's where I got the hope from. It sucks though because XB1 smite Esports has basically turned into all the PC pros moving to console since its "easier" than PC.

I just really have high hopes for Blizzard to make this game a heavy weight in the Esports community.

 

for now overwatch is pretty hot/cold for me when it comes to watching it.

they REALLY need to work out their damn spectator mode. often there's too much going on and your view is cramped or you're constantly switching povs. Having the real spectator mode actually exist would be a good first step. Think that would do wonders for the esports side, as well as me just trying to spec my friends if they're in a game.

 

Those games that go the full time limit are basically all I want in life. They are just so much fun.

 

I used to be a nonbeliever of Zenyatta and Symmetra but now they are all I use when I play support. Zenyatta sniping is so much fun to do.

 

A few days ago I started a multi-day losing streak that had me really bummed out on Overwatch. I played OK, but my teams were just awful.

Then yesterday, my teams went on a tear and all is right with the world. Highlights were two different games were we were faced with multiple Tors and my team actually changed heroes (finally!) to hard counters and we crushed them. It was so satisfying.

 

Those rough patches are the absolute absolute worst. On the PTR I dropped from 46 to 41 over 2 days. I was miserable.

 

So overwatch PTR servers seem down...competitive mode releasing today?

 

Just watched a Mercy play of the game. Kinda amazed.

 

And then got stuck in a match vs 3 Symmetra+Torbjorn on Temple Of Anubis. This patch cannot come soon enough.

according to the patch notes probably.

 

I didn't even bother to read it but according to the redditz the console patch is rumored to come July 5th.

That comes straight from the patch notes since they have some fixes in there that already happened to PC that might be for console.

Staying away from competitive until then. Not getting stuck with 2/3 torbjorn turrets that are going to be doing so much damage until July 5th

 

Competitive isn't coming to console tonight only PC. They get everything first and are the test dummies.
