I never really play Overwatch anymore but Total Mayhem is that one mode that should never be removed, it fits this game perfectly and every time I do play Overwatch, it's definitely my go-to mode.

 

alternating shields with orisa and rein with a torb/sym on defensive is lethal. We did that one time on hanamura on the choke and offensive couldn't figure it out.

It's basically Overwatched cranked up to 11, most abilities have 75% quicker cooldown and your ult charges 50% faster

Winston is the king of Total Mayhem.

 

They have to be full blown dive to get anything. Winston tracer genji rein Lucio zen. Even then it takes coordination.

 

Played a couple matches yesterday with Mercy, got the hang of her rework pretty quickly, that new ultimate is very very good for defense.

I've been making a solid effort to try new heroes since I got to the point where I was only ever picking Junkrat and then pissed if someone else chose him first, because I didn't know who else to be because I suck at everyone else.
But I've just started waiting until the rest of the team has chosen and then making a decision that way, and seeing it as a fun opportunity to try out new characters instead of feeling bad when I'm not doing good. Because for most of them it's my <5 time playing them, so I cut myself some slack.

Also after Junkertown was released my SO and I played all weekend trying to get it and then finally sunday night it came up. We usually trade back and forth each game, so I let him play and we geeked out over it. Then the next game...same map! so I got to try it too. It was just really exciting to not pop up all weekend and then suddenly pop twice in a row.

 

Total Mayhem is literally total mayhem, 75% cool down on abilities, double health, 50% quicker ult charge

 

but like... is it a game mode? or? Sorry I'm still pretty unfamiliar with the game as a whole

I feel like I'm the only one who isn't a fan of TM.

 

I flip flop on game modes. Usually do 6v6 random but like TM every now and again. It's almost impossible to move the objective though. I'm not sure I've ever won on attack. lol

I've been getting first place in FFA with Junk and I'm just like... WHAT?! HOW?!?!

 

I played Orisa a few times today for the first time. I really liked her, I wasn't expecting to.

 

She is super versatile. Good damage and tons of ammo. Her shield regen rate is incredible.

 

Grouped up with a bunch of randoms after a win. Went 4-0 and one added me as a friend afterwards. #feelsgoodman

 

Aw crap, I keep finding myself talking about racism and sexism in game chat because someone decided to make a "harmless joke." I think I need a break.

 

I've been doing awesome with Bastion recently. Seems like no one quite knows what to do with him, and doesn't really focus, allowing me to absolutely tear through tanks and target their Mercy. This is both attack and defense.

On attack, I've found, weirdly, that staying away from the payload works wonders with him. Usually people place the Bastion on the payload, and set him up with a few shields. I've found staying away, letting the enemy focus on my team harassing the payload.
