A week ago I was at 2100 and pretty much gave up on getting plat this season, but my friend and me have been tearing it up over the past few days and now I'm at 2400 and feeling hopeful haha
The only change I'm skeptical of is the king of the hill maps being 2 out of 3 instead of 3 out of 5. I get they're changing it because they can take so long, but I feel like I like having a round at each of the three stages on those maps.
Yeah, that one we'll see. I know I won't mind it on games where I know my team isn't going to do it, haha. Get that misery over and done with. I like the season length and placement changes the most though.
Currently watching the video update. I'm honestly pretty psyched (at the moment) about these changes. The rez change kind of feels like it'll make her less stressful to play.
Flex players in comp are actually just support/tank mains at the end of the day • r/Overwatch so true
I wouldn't consider myself a tank main, but this is so true. I fill, but I almost never fill in for DPS haha (and you don't want me to). And when I get a chance to play Pharah in comp, I'm so rusty that I'm not helpful AT ALL.
This completely changes how a six man push can be done. For example, on Anubis b we had our reaper go poke to get a pick knowing full well he'd die. I came in behind our tanks and solo rezed him, immediately ulted and boosted the team until enemy heals went down then swapped to team heal. At that rate we were losing a hero every ten seconds at max which was plenty of time to rez again. I love it.
i dont think theyre live on the PTR yet but hes getting 2 bombs, his riptire is stronger and has more health, and i think there was something else but i cant remember ill try to find the link
I spent $20, and got zero new legendary skins. Instead I got all of the skins from last year's event. Sigh.
