For the last 15 minutes, I've been tried to connect to Battlenet with no luck. Sometimes I'm put in a queue of users, but still end up with an error. This has never happened to me before. I just want to play Overwatch.

 

Yep^ just was going to come in here, and see if anyone else had the same problem.

 

Does anyone think there's a chance that they're trying to build up hype this weekend to end it with some sort of Sombra announcement?

 

It would be nice to just have the fucking Sombra reveal already. We're all so tired of it.

They need to pump out two characters or have some big update when they finally fucking do put Sombra in the game. It'll bring me back at least for a bit.

 

^yep: they should just make a big week of it. Release Sombra on Monday, new map/playlist or gametype on Wed, and then another new character on Fri. The problem with releasing one new character or map every three or four months is it gets old too fast.

 

They need Torbjorns father, who has a turret that shoots teammates with health.

Reinhardt I feel is a better tank to start with, a newbie can start off with him and learn the ropes of what a tank is supposed to do with his shield (READ: ABSORB FUCKING DAMAGE AND HELP THE TEAM FUCKING PUSH) while eventually learning how to utilize his other abilities and becoming a better rounded player. Once you figure out how to be an effective tank, then start toying around with Zayra and other tanks. That's just me though.

 

How much faster is that payload speed?

 

Game was basically unplayable last night after the patch.

 

Yeah I played for a little before the servers went down and that was fine. And then a little after the servers went down and my teams were just the worst players imaginable

 

So I'm no sure how effective the "prefer this player" option is to matching you in a game with them but be warned they aren't guaranteed to be on your team. So if your "prefer" a bunch of good players it might actually hurt you.

 

Got it. Won't ever prefer you then.

 

Hmmm, interesting. Guess I shouldn't have marked several super high tier players I played with the other day then. They'll come back to stomp me.

 

Just went 60-10 as Dva in competitive somehow, too bad it's the only one I've won out of 8 games for qualifying

 

Played a comp game with a bunch of english guys and we dominated. Felt good

Just realised that iPhone emojis don't work on here, it was a British flag :p

 

Not sure if it's just me or not but the last few days I've been getting a ton of lag on my Xbox. The orange symbol with the lightning bolt and arrow are almost constantly flashing even though I'm getting 20 down and have hard restarted everything possible. Makes playing absolutely infuriating.

 

I hate how streaky I get in this game. Went 3-10 over a few days and now I'm 8-1 since yesterday. So close to platinum...so close.
