Overlord (Julius Avery/Bad Robot; November 9th, 2018) Movie

On the eve of D-Day, paratroopers drop behind enemy lines to carry out a crucial mission for the invasion. As they approach their target, they soon begin to realize there's more going on in the Nazi-occupied village than a simple military operation.

This was so much fun.

The Thing, Indiana Jones, and Saving Private Ryan jumbled up into one awesome film.

 

Even though it’s not a Cloverfield tie in(which is probably a good thing) I still really want to see this.

 

I somehow avoided seeing trailers until I saw Suspiria 2 days ago. This movie looks like a blast.

 

This was amazing, now granted I am a sucker for these kind of films so I can overlook any slight flaws I had with it especially since it also heavily reminded me of the recent Wolfenstein games which I also adore.

 

This was a lot of fun. That opener was so great. Also reminded me of The Thing and Inglourious Basterds.

 

Not what I expected, kind of wish there were more “zombies”. Good flick, though.

 

Might've seen this if I didn't have a screening for Widows the same night. I'll trust everyone that it's enjoyable though

 

Saw this last night and it was a blast. Exactly the kind of trashy good time I like.

 

This was a sleazy good time. Surprisingly good direction and acting. Really digging Wyatt Russell.

 

Super enjoyable from start to finish.
