Yeah it's a great follow up. Really love Good Die Young, The Message, and 19 Days in particular. Got my vinyl recently.

Also Ray Kurzweil and Molly (from the hidden track on SM) will be holograms as well.

 

As someone who has been following OLP since the 90's (shoutout to seeing them play in between Third Eye Blind and Eve 6 in 1998 haha) that's amazing if they are bringing Mike back into the fold in some way. I listened to this album a grand total of one time and it had the impression of "fine" but haven't gone back to it yet. My main issue with this band is Raine's voice is just....shot which really takes away from listening even with some studio trickery.

 

He’s much older than I realized, which probably accounts for a lot of it.

 

Ah, 7 years older than Raine which probably had something to do with it.

 

I wouldn't say his voice is shot so much as his voice has evolved quite a bit over the last 20 years compared to their earlier material. I say this as someone who as well has followed them since Clumsy.

Yeah lol but it's cool he'll be making appearances at select undisclosed shows too. Glad they've all rekindled their relationship.
