Woke up feeling nostalgic about Long Island (where I grew up) and listened to Hoffman Manor. Really hit the spot this morning.
Lived in Long Beach, NY for 5 years (where Oso is based currently) and Hoffman Manor as the title is so funny to me. It's a senior citizens home right on the boardwalk where all the old folks sit outside and chain smoke bogies—some of them with oxygen tanks! It's like they're trying to expedite their death.

I can’t hear anything but oso. Even the melodies sound like something jade would write. My wife thought it was new oso until I told her differently. Good album.
I definitely hear Oso + Ace but the big difference from Oso is that there aren’t these super memorable huge moments in the album. It’s ok but I doubt it’ll stick with me.
