hadn't ever really given this band a shot and now am buying ticket to their LA show halfway thru my second listen fucking rules
Northstar is a band I’ve always regretted not getting into, except of course their cover of Chesterfield King which I listened to yesterday for the first time in years.
Oso oso is one of the few (maybe the only) bands where I love everything they've done, but their music usually takes a while to grow on me. This is, by far, the most I've been into any of their music on a first listen and I was listening while working with my puppy going crazy in his crate. So, super excited to spend more time on it in a more peaceful setting while actually reading along with the lyrics.
I got stuck in traffic on the way home from work today and I wasn’t even mad because it meant I got to listen to this more.
I really REALLY want to see them with The Sidekicks next month in Pittsburgh but the venue is so fucking tiny. I can't really handle that crowd, and I probably wouldn't even be able to see them. I don't listen to many new bands in this genre, but Oso Oso and The Sidekicks are by far my current favorites.
Seeing blink on Saturday the 14th in STL and then hoping I can pull off this show in KC on the 15 and still make it into work Monday, but we’ll see. My energy for shows isn’t what it used to be
when Yunahon dropped I bugged the fuck out of everyone I know to listen to it... I’m about to be annoying as hell again for the next 12 months.
Didn't listen to it much before this came out for some reason, but Impossible Game may be my favorite song they've ever done
woke up with Priority Change stuck in my head,,,,, so I guess you could say it’s getting pretty serious
