I watched the animated shorts at the theater last night and good lord... Bestia is one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen in my entire life. I looked up what it was based on afterwards, and all I can say is we are a repulsive species.

I guess the logic is that people don't care about award shows so rather than try to appeal to the audience that cares about award shows, they're going to try to appeal to the audience that's already proven they don't care about award shows.
