Marriage Story is great. It's my second favorite of the BP nominees and I found it to be just a hair below Parasite, which is the only movie I gave a perfect score to this year.

MS was okay. Little Women was nice. Irishman, Parasite and OUAT were all great. Didn’t manage to see FvF or 1917

 

FvF was very boring. Classic Oscar bait

 

I usually try to come up with some food puns for snacks, but I’m drawing a blank this year. Anyone have any ideas?

If I could replace Joker with A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood in the field, I'd be so content with all of them being there. JoJo Rabbit meant a lot to me as a Jewish person who struggles with how people tend to refer to the Holocaust in the white nationalist revival that we have today as it gave a satirical view on such a horrific thing that brought some levity, especially coming from a fellow Jewish creative.
