Origami Angel have shared the new song “Back to Life.”

Origami Angel have spent 2025 proving exactly why they're a defining voice in modern punk and emo, taking their self-aware sincerity all over the globe––from sold out U.S. and U.K. tours to Southeast Asia, Australia, Japan, and Reading & Leeds. Next, the Washington, D.C. duo gear up for a massive U.S. tour with The Story So Far, Neck Deep, and Pain of Truth.

But first, Gami is channeling all of that relentless energy into something special: "Back To Life," a synth-y new track recorded for Cosmic Debris Vol. 2, Counter Intuitive Records' 10th anniversary compilation. Here we find vocalist/guitarist Ryland Heagy and drummer Pat Doherty leaning into the cycle of collapse and revival, repeating their efforts until the simple act of trying starts to feel like a victory. 

"so watch me beat this dead horse back to life / 
and try to justify the things I must defy /
until this damn thing shows me vital signs / 
there isn't much besides giving another try"
