Played 3/4 hours of it last night and the music alone almost brought me to tears lol. Game is beautiful and so so fun
this game makes me NEED Xcloud to roll out so i can play it. im about an hour from finishing Blind Forest and it's a joy.
The combat has improved so much, I love that they implemented a sword with the ability to up/down slash, that and the charm system seems like they borrowed a bit from Hollow Knight which couldn’t make me any happier
agree so much on how much the combat improved. Ill have to see how the game progresses, but only thing i think is a downgrade is the missing skill tree.
running into a lot of audio issues. nothing completely game breaking but the sound keeps getting stuck on one note and turning into a tone and then picking back up.
I have a fair bit of freezing, crashed once - playing on a One S. Not too worried about it though, I know they’re working on a patch and it’s still very playable
its playable but makes it harder to just get completely lost in the world. the sound itself and the visuals and everything seem completely beautiful. which makes the need for silky smooth performance all the more important because you can tell just how great it would be if it had that
The first was a very difficult completion. Are there still the high intensity sections like it in this one? I know they alluded to it.
i just finished the first game and am crushed i wont get to play Will of the Wisps until something big changes
So do you just fight with a sword in this? I HATED the combat in the first game, ultimately making me give up on it.
Im so lost in my game lol. If anyone would love to DM me and maybe I am just missing something. I don't want to spoil anything for anyone. Edit: I figured it out. If anyone gets lost please feel free to ask me.
Decided it was time to get an SSD to try and make Ori play better. Got it from Amazon overnight without having to pay anymore. Still had a couple minor problems with audio issues/frame stuff but for the most part it was all silky smooth perfection. Loving every bit of this game. Replay value seems really high too with the different charms / skills. I am curious though (early game spoilers) So fought the wolf, got the sword attack, got the double jump so you can get back, went back where I originally came from... got the regen move. Did I just miss the regen move on my first pass through cause I'm dumb or was it cleverly structured so you can't get it until you come back?
ive decided theres a 90 percent chance im gonna buy a used Xbox from gamestop, buy this game, try to beat it inside a few days, and then return the Xbox lmao. return policy permitting. is there DLC planned for this?
Just beat the first one today so I can allow myself to play the second. Man, I like the adjustments they made to this game so so so so so so so so much
