I was a member on some online forum/website dedicated to the film at the time of its release. The score itself didn’t come out until a few years after the film, as there was some big legal issue that prevented its release, between Underworld and the studio or whatever

I don't have an issue with the attitude, only the execution. The hubris to make art in opposition to the masters often leads to more great art. You can't just edit a YouTube playlist though you actually have to make your own art.
a couple of years ago someone was selling a Hamilton Murph watch from Interstellar on eBay for an almost semi close to the same ballpark as my absolute upper price limit amount and I didn't jump on it because there was no way I could afford it but it still kills me because they go for like three times that amount now and I love that watch
Oppenheimer, The Dark Knight, Batman Begins, & Dunkirk are the four Nolan films I’ll go out of my way to watch. I used to dislike Dunkirk but it’s grown on me. Oppenheimer is my favorite by far. I’ve watched it at least 10 times over the last year. The score was also one of my most played albums of 2023.
