Have not seen (and no intention of seeing Cars 2, Cars 3, or The Good Dinosaur.) I'll be seeing Onward as soon as I can. Sounds right up my alley.

 

You should see The Good Dinosaur for the visuals and score alone. There are also some really nice Pixar moments. It’s worth at least one watch. Can’t say the same for the Cars sequels.

on another note Toy Story is like Zeppelin IV for me. I can’t rank it properly. It’s too ubiquitous. If I saw them all again with fresh eyes it would probably be higher but it’s impossible now.

 

All 4 are precious to me, but 2 is definitely my favorite. The others flip flop in their ranking all the time.

 

Ratatouille >>>

 

Loved this. Laughed way more than I expected. The dragon face gag and the send off for Guinevere might be two had me rolling. So many minor little details ended up paying off by the climax.

 

Coronavirus has hit this film hard in the US with it dropping an estimated 73.1% for its second weekend.

 

Put it on Disney+

It was.... fine?
it looked lovely but the world they built was just. Bland.
I don’t know. I wanted to like it so much more, but was just a bit whelmed by it.

 

I enjoyed it. Glad I didn't pay to see it and waited for Disney+. But it was good.
