    Things have changed.

First two episodes were good. Nice misdirect in episode 1. Let's ride.

Very much not liking the musical subplot.

Nevermind, Streep saved it as always.

Feel like there's more character development than "mystery" so far this season, which you can say is a good thing, but looks like next episode should finally get back to the mystery

An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

"Mom, remember what the doctor said on my 8th birthday?"

"it was time to stop breastfeeding?"

I’m enjoying the show still, but I think I also have to admit that I miss the trio actually doing the podcast and really diving in on the mystery together. I get that that’s sort of the point this season - even called out directly in this episode - that the guys are distracted with Oliver’s play so that’s become the primary focus, but it’s also causing the murder mystery to feel like it’s secondary to everything else. There really isn’t even a podcast this season, and Mabel feels like she’s working alone a lot of the time (again, called out directly in this episode so maybe this is going somewhere I don’t quite see yet). Even though I also know they can’t have a third murder revolve entirely around the Arconia again, that’s so built into the spirit of the show as well that it makes it feel like I’m watching some other series with the same cast. And it’s not even that I’m not feeling the season as a whole so far, because I am enjoying spending time with this cast again, it’s just that something is admittedly feeling a little off to me. I know you can’t keep repeating the same old formula forever, but…I really liked that formula lol.

Yeah I agree, it feels like the murder mystery is secondary to what the guys are going through, although now the end of this week's episode should really force the murder mystery back to front and center starting next week.

I definitely laughed really hard at Martin Short’s line reading of, “I have never heard such…FILTH”

Ben was definitely talking to a plate of cookies in the dressing room and he himself wrote that note on the mirror because he was disgusted with himself.

my guess was a mirror, then when they went in the room there was a mirror exactly where he was looking

    Yeah that bit was great

Seems like we're getting very close to figuring out the culprit

It's really annoying how often these people say "Ben Glenroy" as opposed to just "Ben"

OK, now we're moving. Loretta as Dickie's birth mother makes a lot of sense with that book Oliver found, like she was keeping tabs on her son, not Ben.

And I'm still not convinced Tobert, who totally sucks, isn't working with Cinda. Also nice to see Theo back.

Theo and Mabel have so much more chemistry than Tobert and Mabel lol
