    Loved it. Man. Everyone ruled, great to see Dijon. Very fun, sad, hilarious. That car chase is an all timer for PTA. I’m thinkin hes back

    Finally saw this - probably my favorite of the year (along with Black Bag).

    In particular, the score and car chase were really exceptional.

    Inherent Vice is the only other PTA besides this movie that I really really liked. His stuff is expertly made but the style and content and vibe always felt like it was for someone else. For whatever reason, the entry points of IV and OBAA felt more welcoming for me.

    Inherent Vice is the only PTA movie I don’t see myself ever returning to. Even then, it’s not a total miss and its certainly not forgettable.

    @OhTheWater is correct. They are not bad films but that run from Boogie Nights to The Master is legendary.
