Fucking Christ guys, go pee before the movie, even if you don't think you have to. Don't put yourself in the hospital.

 

I would suggest seeing this multiple times lol there's really no clean space for a pee break during this because it's so compelling it's entire runtime (just scene after scene of some of the best filmmaking craft i've ever seen???) but if you have to go - go. And relax you'll see what you missed later. It's a forever movie. This won't be the only time you see it in your lifetime

There are definitely parts where you can go, especially in the Teyana Taylor portion, like when they’re around the campfire.

 

Ha! It wasn’t as bad as I made it out to be. Just gradually got worse in the second half lol but yes, agree with all of you (and the wife & I are seeing it a second time today)

There is a solution to pee breaks during a movie if you buy a big drink and the theater is mostly empty but a lot of you aren't ready to hear it.

The scene that keeps playing in my head is when Lockjaw confronts Bob at the grocery store, and he realizes she isn’t his kid, and yet just keeps going on being a great dad. In the end both him and Willa know, but they also know it doesn’t matter

I think a lot of the problem comes down to how much bathroom freedom you have at work.

The regulars here are pretty tough on movies (i generally at least like most everything I watch even if it's not high art, but I really love reading y'alls takes on everything) so seeing the unanimous praise has me beyond stoked.
