100% disagree. It's actually one of my least favorites on the album. Not saying it's not good since the album is great but it's definitely towards the bottom for me.

My opinions are usually strange though.

Can I be honest for a second?

I'm still bitter about how shit went down with "Your Wild Years." The fact that it didn't win it's first round makes me question humanity even more than I already did.

Okay, carry on. I just had to get that out of my system.

 

Strain is in the the top quarter of songs on this album for me, but if Anna is taking out Farewell Youth AND the title track then it definitely beats out Strain.

Also I have a gripe with the mining metaphor but that's another issue

 

Anna...but I want everyone to know I had a hard time with this one. It’s possible that I’ve had more time with Anna since my version I downloaded from iTunes of Strain your memory stopped working at like 30 seconds and I finally got it fixed like 3 weeks ago haha

Anna is a very good song, and if I were voting here, I’d be having a difficult time deciding which to vote for. That being said, being a Menzingers fan and being lukewarm on Strain Your Memory or flat out not liking it is bizarre to me. It’s SO good.

Nonetheless, carry on. I should just run rule this now, but I’ll let it roll a little bit longer just to give everyone a chance to vote.

Anna is a great song but is def not the best song on the album, bummer

 

Anna is like a watered down Casey. It's catchy, but that's about it. Strain has the best songwriting on the album
