(The Obituaries was the song that got me into the band but Gates is my second favourite song of the entire decade)

(Tom's two best songs imo. Sculptors wins for the 'walk home single seeing double' outro.)

I'd take Sun Hotel over Ava House, the title track, Nice Things, Freedom Bridge and about 75% of the band's non-OTIP output (which I also love). And over 99.99% of recorded music in history.

Gates is so good and was my first favorite menzos song

good things vs Mexican guitars is tough but the bridge of good things is such a high energy moment I’m gonna give it the edge.

Casey was the easiest choice. Nice things is cool, but Casey is so perfect. “We could live and no longer just have to hear it“ will never not make me feel like running through a brick wall.

giving sculptors the edge in the last matchup because I know it’ll get crushed. These are my two favorite menzingers songs and I couldn’t imagine choosing between them.

Because it is probably still my favourite Menzingers song. The way the drums accent the vocals in the last part of the second is one of my favourite little touches in their music and it's a near perfect song.
