He mentioned a few weeks back that he was recording with Omar but I also read that Omar was focusing on his filmmaking for the year. These dudes are notorious for delaying/not finishing/not releasing stuff

 

might fuck around and buy dude's signature guitar. it looks incredible

 

oh god why did you put that in my head, now i'm looking at that $125/mo pay plan like it's mighty reasonable...

If I had the money, space, talent and desire to justify that guitar, I'd buy it in an instant lol.

newly recorded at least, I think. A lot of the song names are previously released songs

I was listening to it last week. I enjoyed it, but I must admit that I liked Teri's voice on some songs better. I'm looking forward to the other parts and I'm thinking about ordering the vinyl.

 

Really enjoying this first part, halfway into it. I read on the Comatorium forums that all the songs picked for these releases are songs that Omar previously sang on, not Teri, so basically these feel like more definitive versions of these songs with new vocals since Omar isn't that great of a singer

 

Wow in my mind it was Teri who was singing a lot of these songs. But you are right, she only did some backing vocals.
I listened to the original version of To Kill A Chi Chi and it is Omar's voice. Still like it a bit more.

 

Overall I dig this, interested to hear the other two which are supposedly different styles of music
