Very solid! Def looking forward to SNL more now.

 

There's a snippet of "good 4 u" towards the end and it sounds quite pop-punky.

 

It honestly just made me so happy to see the joy in Dan’s face in those clips. Dude got such a short end of the stick with his own band never finding an audience, to see him gleefully collaborating with stars is just wonderful.

 

Just popping in to say that obviously I've heard the drivers license song since it's everywhere and it's great when teenagers are so easily able to capture the raw emotion and heartache of teenage love gone wrong. 19 year old going through a breakup me would relate AF lol

While we’re on the subject of me being old, really digging everything i’ve heard from Charli Adams.

 

She’s a little green as a live singer but she’s very clearly got the goods. Looking forward to this record

 

I find her sound kind of same-y across songs, but when she catches one ("Backseat", "10th Avenue") she knocks it out of the park. That new duet she released today with Ruston Kelly is great.

 

Totally agree about Charli Adams, she doesn't quite have anything that I find unique about her, but she's certainly doing the sad indie thing pretty well

 

Agreed. Her EP was okay imo, but it seems like the album is trending to be great.

 

She did a collab with Nightly called The Movies that I absolutely love. Backseat and Didnt Make It are jams, and I dig her 1975 cover.
