In the past week or so it's Olivia, Taking Back Sunday, Chappal Roan and Spanish Love Songs off then top of my head that have been compared to the killers, and in zero cases it's right

 

Has anyone yet compared any songs on that new Japanese House album to a Killers song? That’d be a fun swing.

That Taking Back Sunday song does sound like the Killers though.

Her voice! It was already so good and it sounds even more mature and strong now. And I continue to love how she blends her piano songwriting with rock vibes.

i wasn't crazy about the first half of this but god damn, once the track starts cooking, she really lets loose on the vocal. so good.

I may be in the minority, but I really don’t mind a “safe” lead single. Gimme a big fucking crowd pleaser as your first shot, and save your daring for the album tracks. (This is why “Anti-Hero” is a way better lead than “Look What You Made Me Do.”)
