@Kiana 's theory of it being leftovers/house/production holds makes a lot of sense, though I'm sure they anticipate a lot of these venues selling out, so they'd have to have pre-determined a percentage of production holds they're comfortable "releasing" at that rate, unless they're gonna hold these $20 tickets until right before the shows.

Running with the floor idea, I suppose they could also add on additional rows in the back if they lay the map conservatively, the way Taylor did with the Eras Tour late drops.

 

After a dozen or so listens, I’m inclined to tell you all that Lacy is the best song on here.


Also I’d drop Logical and replace it with Obsessed.

 

The outro of Logical makes the song. It’s kind of middle of the road until then though.

Think those are great and can see myself listening to those on a regular basis. I can't really get into her ballads at all

 

I’m enjoying this album more than Sour. all-american bitch is definitely tops for me. The least memorable song for me is probably lacy, just kind of deflates things after vampire imo

 

This is best rock album masquerading as a pop album in a really long time. Amazing stuff here

 

Love that the first track of Sour says "where's my fucking teenage dream?" And then guts ends with teenage dream. It took me too long to realize that

"ballad of a homeschooled girl" is just unreal good. I know it's kind of the whole MO of the record, but I don't know if I've heard a better 90s high school anthem in the 2020s

 

Like the best albums, this one continues to grow on me (and I already thought it was very, very good). It's mostly the midsection that sags a little for me, "making the bed" through "the grudge" (all songs I like but don't love), but the first five and last two songs are total smashes so I'm not complaining. record is crazy good.

the refrain at the end of "teenage dream" is some real black parade shit. reminds me of the end of "famous last words."

also, I agree about the guitars sounding great on this record EXCEPT for "vampire." love the song, but the guitars feel totally muted to me there.
