I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets annoyed! Ha, I don't let my dad take me to uni because I want to be there half an hour early, I don't want to rush and stress lol.
The things one of my friends does. Speaking of being on time, she's never on time to things, maybe except for her job, but anything else, ever since I've known her she's ALWAYS late. Back in high school, we'd go to the movies with some friend and she'd give me a ride, and saying something like "I'll be there in about 15 min" and show up 45 min later. No call. No text. And say "sorry I had to pick these people up". Like if you knew you were gonna give other people a ride, you should plan better, and don't tell me a time and come 30 min+ afterward without telling me you're running late. This always resulted us being late to the movie and sitting in the very front giving me a headache. She wants to make plans but never follows through and makes excuses. She would hit me up to hangout and when I ask for details (like if I was meeting her somewhere) she wouldn't bother to look at her phone to see if I messaged back because she got "too drunk and forgot" like wtf, you asked me to hangout so I cleared my schedule for you to not care enough to look at your phone.
Those people in the mall that hound you about samples. No I'm allergic to your shit. I'm allergic to a lot of shit
The only porn worth watching is maybe a fraction of amateur porn. The fakeness of most porn is too repulsive. Professionals at the ol' in out but no skill at all in sex positivity. There was a sex positive porn website, not even sure if it had nudity TBH, that Dan Savage talked about once on his podcast, gotta find it again because even though I rarely watch porn (medical reasons), you can't help it now and then and 95% of it is garbage. Was the male co-star in the movie basically a version of this guy? That guy is everywhere in the studio garbage.
And changing the subject a bit: When cashiers or customer service reps or anyone working at a counter where all you have to do is go in, make a quick transaction and leave try to have a meaningful conversation with you like you're going there to make lifelong friends and then treat you like an asshole when you politely just offer one or two word responses. Really ruins my day j/k, but it does peeve me a bit when it happens frequently.
yeah amateur is basically the best i can take, and even then i get pretty uncomfortable about it or something. not about the content, just something about the premise of me watching other people be intimate is a little nauseating. because of them or because of me, i am not sure.
Reconnected with an old friend. She was very nice and open which made me wanna be open back but she divulged personal stuff about other people we went to school with that she's friends with. I didn't really connect the dots until I went home but now I feel like I need to be careful what I say around her and I feel all insecure lol
Oh, big one here. People who make fun of women and gender studies classes and majors. How someone can say this and then insist to not be sexist is fucking mind-boggling. And people who shit-talk Tumblr as well, come to think of it. For many of the same reasons they would shit-talk the aforementioned things.
Tumblr is trash. But so is Twitter. And Facebook. And Instagram and Pinterest and Linkedin. And this website. Basically anywhere with people. All just awful, awful places.
People who are very cheap when it involves their friends. I know people would not go out of their way to help their friends for the smallest of things.
Massachusetts drivers, people who say "yuge", people who play music or videos on their phones without headphones, and people who enter a room with a closed door and leave it open when they leave.
I had, somehow, never encountered someone playing a video on their phone without headphones until last week. My girlfriend and I were sitting in a chinese restaurant and there were five of us total in the small place and this dude just starts playing videos. wtf, bruh. Finish your egg drop soup and go home or something.
I was a substitute teacher last year and students thought it was acceptable to do this, or even FaceTime each other from different classrooms. It was really infuriating.
My friend was shocked when I told her it was rude to play a video on her phone full blast in a restaurant. I was so embarrassed. I get annoyed when I'm watching TV and people are playing videos on their phones like I'm not just watching the pretty pictures I wanna hear fool
I feel like those are two different thoughts. Being on a budget doesn't mean I won't help you. I just won't be able to pay to get your car fixed.
I mentioned it in another thread, but last week someone came into the fitness center at my apartment with a Bluetooth speaker blasting music louder than music should ever be How do people feel about motorcyclists driving between lanes to get through traffic? I know they're not hurting anybody and I'd probably do it if I could, but still I feel like no you need to sit in traffic and suffer with the rest of us
Motorcycle ppl make me nervous. We just had a motorcycle convention in my town so there were hundreds of them and I was like ahhh. I feel like they're so dangerous and i'd be too scared of crashing to do that, but then again I've never ridden one.
I ain't talking about being on budget, If they were inviting you for a night out, they are the dodgethecheck even though they have the money type people.
