uh, I feel you, brother. seriously tho, I do this way too often. just kind of a nervous tic at this point
I'm really just venting about one specific person and they do it no matter the circumstance haha. It's just bad because the only time I call instead of text is when I'm driving and things just become infinitely more difficult. If you can answer the phone then answer it, it's faster and easier. The worst thing is receiving a text a second later saying "whats up" and not answering for a while because you don't want to die
Don't remember what thread it was were people talked about social media and people posting about/things with their SO, but I'll just post here. My cousins SO is at it again. He post things that I feel unnecessary to share over social media and he should just text her. It's really annoying. I can't stand people that do that. They have a child on the way and they both ain't ready and I will not get into detail why in a public forum. But this recent post he said people who telling him he's not ready to be dad need to "check themselves". Lol okay. It's hard because it's my cousin. They both work MIN WAGE. You can't raise a child in min wage. My cousin struggles just on her own. So yes their both not financially ready to bring a child in the world. Now I just turned this into a rant. Oop
This is totally my deal and prob says more about me than others but I really dislike very expressive people. I find them overwhelming and I get irritated that they don't put on more of a poker face. It's usually just people who react extremely expressively to everything. Like they'll bulge their eyes out and gasp and nod along to some very basic piece of information. Maybe it's cause I'm a heartless robot but tone it doooown.
People who laugh or talk too loud. And people who laugh at absolutely nothing. someone: "swag yolo" a response: "HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA" obnoxious af and you're not even drunk
haha, reminds me of Jim Gaffigan: "Ever get that order panic? you call a place, 'hello, what do you want?' uhhhh! uhh! hang on, i'll call you back! i wasn't ready for the trick question!"
How Matt Theissen from Relient K plays guitar (he uses his thumb instead of holding a pick). Drives me insane for whatever reason.
I understand a certain level of cynicism is necessary or expected but the level of hatred some people have especially internet commenters is exhausting
The fact that all podiatrists have foot fetishes. It's deeply unsettling knowing the dude who just did plaster casts of my feet is gonna be spankin' it to me later.
I may have posted this here or another thread put people who care about how their name is spelled when they go in a place to eat. Like you're got on a keep your cup or food wrap sheet it's not a souvenir. This girl came in my work and it's not a common name i see/even see spelled so I did the best I could and she goes "close enough". Like wtf. Sooo glad I may actually have another job lined up.
He doesn't bother me. I think it bothers me more that Theissen strums and does palm muted power chords with just his thumb and it looks odd.
You know what'd be funny? If someone died because they literally couldn't stop taking selfies. Like the paramedics just find this dude's lifeless body on the floor with his phone clutched in his hand which they pick up and look through and it's just an endless series of selfies and as they're flicking through all the pictures they notice him getting increasingly more thin and pale and sickly looking and they're just like 'yeah this fucker starved to death right here on the spot 'cause he couldn't tear himself away from his own stupid narcissistic face.' Woo Greek mythology reference with a modern spin.
Tbh I'm surprised I didn't die as a teenager from all the dangerous stupid things I did in my eternal quest to be edgy.
i understand and agree with this. most notably, a ridiculously stupid car crash / car jump that some friends and i did. ah, the mindset of being invincible / unable to see logic. i still to this day think about that activity from time to time. it could have ended so terribly. at the very least losing my license, being charged with reckless driving and god knows what else. luckily the four of us had no injuries and the only damage was totaling my car. no tickets or anything. really somehow got lucky there.
Bad jokes by cashiers have been irritating me lately. I bought taco shells, steak, avocado, tomato, lime.. and a box of cereal. As I'm checking out, "Makin some cereal tacos??????????" C'mon.
