Pretty good album overall! Really enjoying the return to electonic elements, still as weird as ever

 

it's so fucking good and I'm also still not over the coda in Paranoiac Intervals/Body Dysmorphia, that melody DOES THINGS to me

 

I've been really in a mood for of Montreal lately and this album is so much better than I remember when it first came out. "Writing The Circles/Orgone Tropics" is incredible.

I think this was my most listened-to album of 2018, still love it!

 

This is indeed a solid album

 

I've been going back through their catalog and damn, they have so many releases. It's mind boggling. I only like maybe half of them, but that's still 6-7 albums, haha

 

Kevin's catalogue, between official studio albums, b-sides and rarities, is fucking terrifying hahah

 

It's surreal to sit down and calculate the amount of time and energy he's put into recording these things, much less the sheer volume of what he's written that didn't even get mastered and mixed.

He's one of the most prolific artists I've ever known.

 

Such an underrated artist...
