It's nice tho, for every heavy/intense chapter, we get something super light and heartwarming like Agnea's chapter 3 or really any of Ochette's chapters where she basically is eating all the time lol

 

is the level 45 chapter the final one for everyone? I know some end on 4 or 5 depending on the chapter but they’re all lining up to be required level 45 so I assume that signals the end? If so I’m damn close to being on everyone final chapter

Yeah 45 is the final for everyone. I'm doing Ochette's chapter 3 and then I'll just have the final chapters for everyone left.

I'm doing everything I can before finishing final chapters. All optional dungeons, secret jobs, side quests, battle tested weapons, etc

 

I’ve only done a handful of the orange side quests, some are just a tad ambiguous for my small brain

 

They're so obscure. I just did one where I had to inquire info from a cleric in the cleric guild, then steal a crepe from a chef in New Delsta, then guide a guy from Timberain to Conning Creek, all for one quest. Like how tf am I supposed to know where to do all that. For sure using a guide for most of these lol

Just make sure you steal every item and talk to every person you see and you’ll probably have a lot of the work done without realizing it.

 

Alright about to get going on everyone’s last chapter, just wanted to get to all the level 45 towns first and grind out a few levels for the characters that were still just around 40. Everyone’s 44-46 now (besides my boy Osvlad who is a towering 59)

 

I want to find everything and go everywhere and do everything but I also want the game to last. Trying not to do more than 2 stories a day.

 

Went with hikaris final chapter and was doing so well but got my ass handed to me by the final boss of the gauntlet ugh

 

I'm doing as much of the side quests as I can for the rewards and I got my first game over. Ivory Ravine is a level 50 dungeon that has a boss you need to beat for a certain quest. This mfer did the typical annoying "add 4 shield points and shuffle weaknesses after breaking them" and then started taking so many actions that I couldn't keep up.

Came back with a better team and abused Hired Help and it was much easier

Ok FINALLY finished every available side quest before doing the final chapters (about 50). Some of those were so annoying. One required four different Large Soulstones which I did not have and had to go steal from enemies in high level dungeons and another required a solo fight vs a boss who builds up to an unavoidable one hit KO.

Gonna do Hikari's chapter now.

 

I just tried to fight that swordsman boss with Hikari at lvl 38. It was recommended lvl 40, but it did not go well at all.

 

Yeah it's fkin rough. My Throne is level 70 and I died the first time. Only way I could do it is changing her to an Armsmaster and spamming Sixfold Strike to break him, then debuffing him and using her boosted Divine Skill. Definitely a tough fight.

 

Finished Hikari's story, gonna do some others before I take on the Tower in Ku.
