We're three episodes in, gonna catch up either tonight or tomorrow.

Loving it so far tbh. Wasn't what I expected, but still good. I don't think I expected Obi Wan to be so....un-jedi like haha. Like I guess he disconnected himself from the force the way Luke apparently did? But Luke didn't seem to lose his skill with the force like Obi Wan has. I guess just being out of practice for so long will do that? Hoping over these next two episodes we get a full recovery.

The showdown with Vader was great, but yeah show definitely seemed to pull some ridiculous "this is how he escapes" there, like Vader couldn't just force jump over the flames or something lol

 

However...

 

If I recall correctly, Luke was only in hiding for a few years while it’s been a decade for Ben.

 

Thought Reva was about to get the dooku treatment.

she killed the grand inquisitor? we watched that happen

 

I mean, Maul was cut in half and survived. A simple stab is not a definitive kill.

Good episode but weird how cheap this show looks at 25 million an episode or whatever. Also glad we got some Hayden but we see his face for like 5 total minutes over the entire series, that's kind of weak.

 

As long as it doesnt hit a vital organ it cauterizes the wound. But yeah still pretty unlikely going through the chest lol

 

Pau'ans have two stomachs so that's another way you can explain away The Grand Inquisitor surviving his wound

 

You think Vader who knows that personally would’ve decapitated Reva or something

 

Reva is gonna end up being an ally in S2, calling it now.

very bold of Vader to 1. leave her clearly alive and 2. with her lightsaber intact.

 

I liked the change in Reva’s story today. She’s an interesting villain.

 

Has season two been confirmed?

 

Was that our first red on red lightsaber duel in live action? Pretty fun.
