Wow their vocals both sound so good in that Acquiesce clip

 

Be curious what they swap for the US tour if anything. "Don't Go Away" was their last big radio song here and one they played on SNL so if BHN now songs are in play, that one would make sense.

 

I noticed on the actual, physical setlist that was shared yesterday that it stated “v5” at the bottom of the page, which makes me wonder if they kept reworking the single setlist to what it is now, or if there will be multiple setlists for this tour

 

Really bummed I’m missing this tour. I think my one big hope is they hit the festival circuit next summer and maybe I can swing that.

 

Did Lyla not crack the Billboard Rock charts back in 05?
If anything gets replaced in the US I’d guess it’d be “Whatever.” That was huge in the Uk but never made a splash here

 

It made it to 19 on the alt charts but that was already in the time period where people, particularly in the major markets, started transitioning away from modern rock radio so not the same impact as their 90s material

I honestly think Magic Pie is one of his worst haha, hate it. good stuff otherwise though, Hope is so underrated

 

Magic Pie has some of the best chord progressions and guitar work, imo. Probably Noel’s best experimental Beatles song haha.
