RATM have already done two reunion tours and the most recent one wasn't at venues anywhere close to the rumored one for this. REM is a fair shout though

 

and yeah the smiths is never happening lol but that would also come close id imagine

 

not that it's everything, but the white stripes' spotify numbers are comparable, if not larger than, everyone mentioned so far except radiohead, which wouldn't really be a "reunion" necessarily either

 

I've been blasting Oasis albums and youtube videos nonstop since yesterday morning, and god damn Dig Out Your Soul doesn't get the love it deserves. Shock of the Lightning is such a banger.

 

half the songs are incredible and the other half are some of their worst. firmly in second to last of their discography for me only above heathen chemistry

 

Nature of Reality and Soldier On are the only duds on the album for me.

 

I will do the brave thing.

I think you're saying that as a criticism but that's what I love about the song haha. I could listen to that on a loop for hours its mesmerizing.

On topic with who’d be on the same level if they reunited… I’d assume Gilmour and Waters possibly would be

 

Pink Floyd getting back together would probably blow the doors off an Oasis reunion, but they’re likely out of time for that unfortunately. Not to mention Wright already passed.

 

Yeah, plus I don’t see those two ever patching things up either

 

For as much as this reunion always felt unlikely, you always knew there was a better chance for it just because they're still family and things can be patched up.
