I truly can’t believe all the rumors are finally real.

 

Rumour is 10 shows at Wembley Stadium and a few nights in Manchester at Heaton Park

 

Probably just long enough for the Gallagher brothers to get into another fight and break up again

 

I wouldn’t buy any ticket but the first night and be thankful if they got through 3-4 songs lol

 

Apparently live nation is going to be doing the US tour

 

unless GV paid a stupid amount for a festival exclusive I doubt they’re doing Coachella now. If LN is doing the tour I could def seen them being included on Lolla/ACL/OSL.

From The Sun paper, it sounds like just Liam and Noel are returning with the rest being made up from Noel's band. Sounds like it was a simple phone conversation that sparked it all with neither being best mates or even good friends (I suppose 15 years is a long time to build bridges!), but more the realisation that it is now or never since they aren't getting any younger.

 

Noel’s band has two ex-Oasis members in it currently, if this is true would be strange if those two weren’t at least part of it.

bonehead has had pretty serious health issues recently, that isn't that surprising to me. allan white is a bit more surprising, considering he lasted longer than bonehead, as is andy bell since he has actual writing credits for the band. gem would be cool and seems likely.

 

I’ve spent far too much time in the past twelve hours contemplating trying for UK tickets or just waiting/hoping for a single North American date for me to go to

 

someone fairly in the know that i follow on x formerly known as twitter said to expect a lolla headlining spot

 

if they really wanted the band to rip, they should just add john squire, after liam's album and tour with him it would be insane

 

I'd prefer to go to a Wembley show, but just in case I registered for Glastonbury tickets.

anyone else trying for Glasto this year? It works better when you have a group all trying…I’d be willing to join with some people for better lottery chances if anyone else is interested.

 

Totally, with Archer and Sharrock having been apart of Oasis, and then Beady Eye, and NGHFB now, I felt like they were in a shoe-in. Andy is busy with Ride again so having Noel's bassist checks out too. If only they could just add Bonehead as third guitar haha.

 

I was actually thinking about this last night. You go with Livenation and you can get an all-encompassing contract to play all the Lolla variants (Chile, Brazil, Argentina, etc.

GV can't compete on that level.

 

I'm not big enough of a fan to go to the UK for this so if there are US dates, of which you'd expect a handful, then I'll consider that.

 

as much as i love ride, i don't think andy would pass up that check to do a tour for ride's third reunion album that has sold the least of the three lol
