Blindside doing "Pitiful" over the weekend at Furnace Fest. I was there, it was far from perfect (which is expected since they had like 1 show in the past decade) but it was still very good for what it was. They also did "Roads" which was dedicated to their late manager (which was beautiful" and finished with "About A Burning Fire" which ripped.

    Rope by 40 Below Summer
    Gone by From Zero
All I Have Is Me by Darwin's Waiting Room

This is absolutely off the top of my head and subject to change.

Which reminds me of Sw1tched, so Walk Away by Sw1tched.

Probably not the absolute top 3 but 3 I really love from the top of my head:

    Edgewater - Inhale
Echo 7 - One Step Away
    Chevelle - Family System

Not sure if I'd consider Edgewater nu-metal but the definition of the genre seems to vary wildly.

    RIP Matt Moseman.

I think that out of all the people in the Nu-adjacent world that their death hit me the most was Matt Moseman, Matt Ledford (Kramus) and Dennis Clevenger from Spiracell.

Matt Ledford especially, he has the perfect voice for me and luckily there is tons of old recordings of him floating around.

Sounds good. Not nearly as heavy as 36CF but good on it's own.

  14. Ah finally, it's been a while since I last heard about that project. Still bummed about how 36 Crazyfists ended but I'm glad to hear Brock again. One of the most unique vocalists.
Honestly, groove metal + nice melodic cleans just like he did in the vintage 36CF days is all I need to be satisfied. Not a fan of the drums which sound programmed, but I can't wait to hear more.

  15. Turns out they already put out that song on their YouTube page last year but I forgot about it.

There's another I do recall as well.
