I honestly fell off of the band as they went on as they seemed to get less accessible, but Bitterness and Snow Capped are fucking classics. I'd associate them with metalcore more than nu-metal though.
I can agree with that. I mean they were found and helped to get signed by Carl from Nora/Ferret/Good Fight and he even guests on Bitterness on two songs.
Missed the thread bump but I love me some 36CF Saw them live ages ago with Trigger Point, a band unfortunately no one remembers.
I saw today that Paul Mccoy (from 12 Stones) has an acoustic tour with some guy with Saving Abel. The tour goes to some weird ass places. They have 2 WI dates, one in Sheboygan, WI and one in Nekoosa, WI. These places straight up sound made up. To be honest, if it was anywhere near me I would probably go.
i feel bad artists make diddly on streaming services Nu-Metal Drummer Posts Receipt of Small Streaming Returns (loudwire.com)
That Creed tour is selling like crazy. I'm going to see them this Friday in Tinley Park (Chicago area), it's pretty much sold out and I'm seriously considering getting there 3 hours before show time, just as the parking lot opens (that venue is notoriously bad to get into even with shows that are like 80% full).
tinley sux, limp bizkit wasnt as bad as i thought it would be and we got there early and left with the crowd. it was usual, bout 10-15 mins to get out of the lot, i saw creed there back in the day and it was awesome! have fun! who are they playing with?
Playing with 3 Doors Down and Finger Eleven. Every time I go there I leave just before the last song or 2, just so I don't get stuck on the way out. At least I can still hear on my way to the car
yup did that last summer for the offspring, i dont need to see self esteem live, i can hear it haha plus i had see em before, limp bizkit was my first time so i needed to see the whole set my creed tour was with the stank! seems like a lifetime ago (2009) it was the full circle tour im pretty sure
and if this is correct they only played one song off full circle haha i don't remember that Creed Concert Setlist at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre, Tinley Park on August 30, 2009 | setlist.fm
I miss 12 Stones. I know the lead singer is doing a solo tour right now for some reason. I hope they make a new album. Also, sorry to be me, but the d in Sevendust does not need to be capitalized.
To be specific, they rereleased their first album and then put out a new one. Even though Break Your Silence is still my favorite of theirs, House Full Of No Trust, the You EP, and the new one, The Machine, have grown on me. They haven't made any song as hard hitting as "Soul Creation" but they're still relatively consistent.
