I probably built it up a little since it's been like a decade, but I'm not sure I'm totally sold on the new Taproot yet (though I've only listened once through and I'm sure I'll like it more the more I listen to it) but the last track referencing Forever Endeavor is making me happy.
That’s insinuating a lot based upon what’s playing in someone’s car. I won’t lie: if Headstrong came on, I would belt that song to the sky singing it!
I mean if someone was watching a Woody Allen movie or listening to Kayne or something I'd probably make assumptions too. Not that I don't still have an emotional attachment to some cancelled artists or listen to stuff like Pantera, but it almost seems like a statement to be playing it loudly from your car in 2023.
Honestly, it's more on me than you. You should listen to whatever you want and not care if someone overhears it and thinks something.
How many people don’t believe what shit pours out of Anselmo’s mouth but dropped everything to go to the reunion? Just saying. Listening to one song or band doesn’t define who you are.
Not saying it does at all. I'd just make the assumption if I heard it coming from a stranger's car. Again, it's on me, not them. I definitely recognize I'm being prejudice in this situation.
How many times a day is Walk played in this country? Probably a lot but I won’t judge anyone. It’s a kickass song.

Some snippets of various songs, including that Grover Yoda Data 14 song. No indication on what that title even means though. I will say, I read a conversation on Reddit about how some of the tracks on the last album and this are very clearly using riffs and early demos of previous Static-X tracks. It's not something I ever noticed before, but that song Jic-Boi is very clearly an early version of Just In Case, and I'm not sure how I feel about it. But it sounds different enough, so I'm interested to hear the final version.
Look at you, Mr. I Know Exactly What Acronyms Stand For At All Times. I actually didn't even think it was an acronym since it's not all capitalized in the song title. The way language changes on a daily basis, I thought maybe it was just some new slang Chorus will adopt in the next week or so.

I just found out that their vocalist died a few years ago. They took of that album from all platforms because of it and privately messaged people on YouTube that had music from it on their channels and asked them to take it down.
That seems odd. I mean, I'm not going to tell anyone how to mourn a loss, but it feels like you'd want to celebrate the music they made together by keeping it available, wouldn't you?
CREED Announces Summer 2024 U.S. Tour Not a nu-metal thing but there's no post-grunge thread so... But this is, no joke, a cool lineup. The fact that Finger Eleven is opening all shows is huge.
Have to be honest, I've never listened to Creed and only remember some meme-y shreds videos from the old OG Youtube days. Finger Eleven, however, I'm still hoping they come back with some new stuff eventually. They're underrated.
