I completely missed this, but fuckin' Coal Chamber is reuniting again? Could swear Fafara said he'd never do it again, but here we are.
The singles have all been really good. I finally got to see them live again (for the first time in like 15 years) on Friday. Fun show. I might wind up in their music video because they were shooting for it that night. Glad to have them back.
I didn't know there was a nu metal thread lol but just wanted to say I've been wearing out Bleed The Sky last few days.
Taproot is the bomb diggity, although their two albums for Victory were somewhat lackluster. Wish they'd make a new album, although I'd settle for Our Long Road Home on streaming.
Third album The Reckoning comes out next year. It sounds pretty dope, although I can't help but wish it was Spineshank. Still, I'll take what I can get.
remember seeing Silent Civilian with 26 Crazyfists and Trigger Point (one of my favorites ever that no one knows about, check out A Silent Protest)
I know about them! Mainly because they released that album through Corporate Punishment Records, a label I was following at the time.
That whole record rules. The 2nd album was good too, but didn't quite have the raw intensity of their debut.
Gotta go Bitterness the Star It had two guest vocal spots from Carl of Nora/Ferret/Good Fight. …and he helped get them signed
