The only thing I don’t like about that podcast is that they did not give Life is Peachy the love and respect it deserves
Okay, so I'm already a full fledged Roach Ryder after just a few days. I've listened to 20 or so episodes already and will probably just go back and listen to them all. I grew up during the nu-metal era, but I hate to admit how many of these records I really still love.
Listened to a few cuts from the first Flaw record, they were onto something. Too bad they’re Blue Lives Matter: The Band now
Yeah between that and Colbert, I’ve seen that band in the news way more than anyone should expect in 2019
Just listened to the Pressure 4-5 episode. It's really good and I like how they do a listening party. Definitely going to check out more! I can’t wait until I get to Slither by Earth Crisis.
The first 2 Flaw records are really great. The Five Bolt Main record (Chris Volz other band) is pretty good too. Recently they've blatantly stolen songs though and I'll never forget the show I went to where Chris was in a drunken rage and the band had to perform instrumentally with audience vocals.
I’ve been going on a big nostalgia trip, so I made a big playlist for myself. Had a record by this band when I was 13, this song is still fantastic
I just listened to the Roach Koach episode of Hed Pe's Broke and now I'm VERY much considering going to see them on Saturday. I used to be a pretty big fan, but I haven't seen them live in close to 10 years probably.
I think that album is very underrated. I think Fieldy's bass work is the best he has ever done. Also, JD is on point with his vocals. Top 5 albums in the their discography for me.
It is by far my favorite Korn record, and probably my favorite record in the genre if we aren’t including Deftones (we shouldn’t)
Relistening to Pleymo as their debut just turned 20 and it still goes off. I still can't decipher most of their lyrics tho lol
I saw that show a few months back with Devildriver in the Mushroomhead/Drowning Pool spot. It was great. Have fun.
