Ah that's awesome. I had no idea who they were until Threads came out and Balance & Composure name dropped them as a band they'd been listening to a lot of.

Wound up seeing a co-headliner at some hole in the wall bar and then seeing them open on the Tell All Your Friends 10 year tour. Two pretty different environments for sure hahah. But they were awesome both times.

One of my favorite tour lineups that I've seen to this day was The Naked and Famous, Vacationer, and Now, Now.

 

Ugh I remember that. Didn't come to AZ and I was not happy about it haha

weird, that's probably my least favorite tour they've been on in the last five years, lol

 

hasn't it been like 2 years since they actively toured? feels like that was the last time they were in slc anyway

seen them twice, once on a co-headliner with the lonely forest, and then as main support for kevin devine. thought they were great both times.

love the way the bass was mixed in threads, and the 90s vibes as well, hope the new stuff progresses but isn't too much of a departure.

Geez. I wish the band would post why it's taken them this long to write and tour on a new record. It's about to be 5 years now since Threads...

 

why should they have to?

 

I mean it's all speculation but I think the general consensus was that it probably had something to do with Cacie and Jess splitting up.
