Wow this is good. I wish I hadn’t listened to SGL, MJ, AZ, and Yours so many times before but I’m so happy with this. The synths on Window sound just like early M83.

The only song I’m not huge on after two listens is Knowme but it’s still enjoyable.

 

Honestly the only song I don’t enjoy all that much is Saved. Something about it doesn’t sit right with me. Otherwise it’s a bloody brilliant album. Completely took me by surprise, and my god I’m excited to see it in a live environment tomorrow.

Overall I really like this. I knew it wasn’t going to hit me like the first time I listened to Threads but I accepted that months ago.

My only major criticism would be that I wish there was a little more variation since some songs sound very much alike.

With that said; I LOVE “Cant Help Myself”, “Set it Free”, “Saved”, and “Drive”. Excited to hear this on vinyl.

 

I was a tad bit worried I wouldn't like this, but damn I love it so far.
