What were your thoughts on Nosferatu? I think I would rank it above Norse Man but probably only because I saw it at Imax and Norse Man at home.

 

I thought it dragged a bit but wasn’t necessarily “boring”. Depp was surprisingly good. Good atmosphere building, great visual references to the original. I think Orlok looked kinda dumb, especially compared to how iconic Max Schreck looked

 

I've always struggled with the original because of how goofy Max Schreck looked lol.

 

Yeah I'm with ki the original was too cute, this version was the right amount of cute but sometimes too buff.

 

and just the right amount of dong.

 

I think the first time we see him it's like a flash but he's hulked out in full beast mode and I was like noooo don't do that but over the movie I really like how he had an inconsistent pychicality

 

It's just your post and use of the word "cute" put me in mind of

 

I like the intimidating yet crippled Vlad look in this one

 

I thought he looked cool and fit the movie well. Wasn’t hot to me, but that’s ok.
