I’ll also say that my opinion is subject to change and that a combo of dumb stuff in my life and sinus congestion may not have put me in right headspace. I also feel like the tone of the trailer was way different than the movie. But also I should never trust trailers.

 

This is interesting. Would it be too spoiler-y to explain what you mean by this? Usually try to stay away from specific plot points but always nice to know if a trailer is setting me up for the wrong vibe

 

Got tix for Sat. Can't wait to enjoy some new Hoyte Van Hoytema cinematography in Cinemark XD.

The two trailers I've seen were pretty different in tone, so I'm wondering what balance between the two actual movie is gonna have.

 

All the critics I follow on letterboxd are giving it glowing reviews. David Sims now has it as his no.3 of the year

 

Got my ticket for Saturday. Can’t wait.

 

A few showings are up for tomorrow. Will definitely be going!

 

By the way, it's almost a guarantee these shirts will sell like hotcakes after this is released.

 

This looks incredible, hope I get to see it in theaters.

The latest trailer is such a hack job though. Can't be something Peele would want creatively.
