Fat Mike commented on Instagram that next year will be the last year for NOFX.

Next year will be our last year. We will be announcing our final shows soon. It’s been an amazing run..

Coaster was the last album that really captured my attention all the way through. Self Entitled was … okay. And everything else after that was meh. But damn. Their earlier albums were incredible. Punk in Drublic, So Long and Thanks for all the Shoes and Pump Up the Valuum defined my teenage years …

Fat Mike will always be one of my favorite bassists. Super unique playing style.

Coaster definitely is their last “good” album.

War On Errorism and Wolves in Wolves Clothing are my 1-2 punch though. Really wish they wrote more stuff like those albums over the 7 years, but instead we got a depressed and aging Fat Mike the last couple albums.

I had a Decline t-shirt in high school. The one with the reworded pledge of allegiance on the back. Loved that shirt.

The War on Errorism and Wolves in Wolves' Clothing are solid skate punk albums that I used to blast hard back in my college years but yeah as others have said they've been in decline for over the last decade.

If there was ever a band I could envision announcing a “final” tour and then doing more shows like six months later and carrying on as usual with diminishing success, this would be it.

Separation of Church and Skate is an absolute banger, no doubt about it.

At the show yesterday he said that he was trolling and to never trust a drunk jew. ‍

Was he trolling on the IG post or trolling at the show then? Makes ya think!

I always felt like it was It’s My Job To Keep Punk Rock Elite part 2. What a way to start off both albums.

I used to download their stuff on Napster back when I was trying to discover Blink 182 type punk bands. Pump Up The Valium was good.

The hate here is a bit surprising. I agree they have been out of their prime for quite a while and Fat Mike is a bit of a lose cannon these days but they have quite a legacy to stand by.
