Slow song, piano driven, with some drum pads and orchestral arrangements thrown in here and there. The song just builds and builds. Very intimate, yet huge sounding in the end. Reminds me a little bit of Heavy Metals in some places.

I’m not sure what Taylor Swift info I’m missing here but it’s something

 

his last IG post is just as bad. snake emojis everywhere. both release announcements were 8 days apart. that's not enough time to change all the logistics of an album release just to piss off a large fanbase.

 

I just read it, it’s really a shame. He did few a few new fans out of it haha. But yea, overall it’s a lot of negative stuff. I really don’t know what the solution is for something like this to explain to people how the industry works...

 

Trying to think if 8 days is long enough to pump the brakes and reevaluate the release strategy. I don’t think they could have predicted this sort of backlash... but maybe that’s naive of me, Tswift fans can be rabid.

 

Stan culture is the most bizarre thing in the world to me. People are insane.

Like, you’re all excited to announce your new album and then one of the biggest stars on the planet announces an album coming out on the same day with the same name.

Anyways, very excited for this. Robin Williams is perfect.

 

these things take months of planning regarding PR campaigns, art design for physicals and related merchandise, etc. if they were to change it, it would probably have financial consequences.

if Taylor were to turn around and say "i have no problems with this, please go listen to it because it's really good", her fanbase would do a complete 180. it's beyond ridiculous.

I guess it depends if all this hate he’s getting actually has negative consequences with sales. I would think NOT bc most likely a lot of these people wouldn’t be fans anyway, right? Still hard to read all the hate he’s getting :(.

All of this aside the single is amazing and I’m very excited for the record
