Watched Spectre since im seeing this tomorrow and yeah it's a bad movie. First 10 mins are fun and then it's a slog. Christoph waltz having like 20 mins Max of screen time in a 2.5 hr movie is criminal.
The more I think about this the more I like it. It was fun, funny, sad and just a great final chapter for Craig.
As much shit as they get, I’m kinda terrified to see what happens to Bond when/if the Broccoli/Wilson team ever cedes control.
Honestly I'm not going back to a theater for a long time. Tons of unmasked people coughing and wheezing and sniffing etc
looks like 60 million was projected, makes sense it's a longer movie whose demographics skew older than Venom
Absolutely worth the wait. Had a smile on my face the whole time. That wooded chase sequence was so good.
it wasn't all his fault, he was underwritten and also it was very unclear how old he was supposed to be haha
Since we love to rank 1. Casino royale 2. Skyfall 3. No time to die 4. Spectre 5. Quantum of solace No time to die could move to 2. Need to see it again.
That's what led me to think during the first part of the film that maybe Saffin's secret was that he had/developed some kind of potion that would make people invincible? Get's shot multiple times at point blank range, doesn't seem to age at all over 20-something years, and his henchmen seem to not get injured in any way. Just the weakest written part of the script overall
He was under written but he’s also just not a great actor. I thought they were going to explain the scars on his face but nope.
His character was so inconsequential- there was nothing he could do to make the character even worth watching. That entire part of the story was a waste. Shoulda just had Blofeld break out and duke it out one more time.
