this is the best post in here
Anyone fasting after Thanksgiving? I'm thinking 24 hours maybe 48 if the 24 hours goes well. Anyone want to join me?
I can't fast, but I think I'm going to try a couple of days of just shakes after Thanksgiving. Gotta kickstart
lol failed hard. I'm gonna just continue living at 300lb for the rest of my life
jk but yeah I did a dumb this week so we'll see.
gonna eat some carbs thursday
If I was smart I'd try to go no or few carbs, but like carbs hold my leash and I am weak.
Just don't bring them to the house. Makes it easy to avoid when you don't have them tempting you.
That would be the smartest move, but alas I am not a smart man.
I'm down near 40 lbs, and my energy has multiplied by 10!
However, I'm never thirsty, and I force myself to drink a ton of water, and I have to urinate a TON.
Wow. Some of that sounds good, others....hmmm not so much. But you take the good with the bad. Maybe I'll look into it during this holiday weekend and see how I feel.
If you don't hydrate, after a long duration of time, kidney stones may form lol. That's why I'm keeping my water intake at around 120oz/day.
I’m not doing strictly no carbs, but I’m trying to limit them as much as possible. It’s just so damn easy to eat a bowl of cereal or a muffin before school though. I’m also just trying to eat less, or at least limit the hours I eat, because I tend to eat and never stop.
Low carb is essential for me, whenever I break keto I get a big zit on my nose, my anxiety levels spike and I feel super sluggish/bogged down with brain fog. This is definitely a way of life for me now, but it's still hard to resist the temptation sometimes.
I'm keto!! It's been two months. I honestly feel shitty most of the time but I've lost weight and I have to be skinny AF this year so that's all that matters.
After you get used to it it's really easy tho!!
Back on the wagon. FML.
ah the Colby diet
1 week without carbs and I'd do
for a bagel right now
