I think I might be eating too many carbs honestly though. I was super strict at first and now I'm playing with wiggle room. I need to go more extreme I think. If that doesn't work, I'll try more carbs. But the more I think about it, the better I can do.

Google says crab does not have carbs and 100g of shrimp is .6g There is definitely some unreliable info in there - sometimes you have to double check
Fibers a carb that's good for you. It won't harm keto. Just subtract fiber from total carbs, and that number is the true count of bad carbs.
It's crowdsourced, so there are some iffy things. I always use my best judgement on things in there. If it's a meat, it's probably zero carb. If a listing for meat has carbs, it's probably a recipe and someone was stupid when entering the title
2 days into this diet and it's going poorly but not as bad as it could be. tomorrow i am gonna force myself to actually eat healthy at work though so that's a start i suppose. Gonna gradually ween myself into this.
