I'm always worried i've had too many carbs in a day and then I realize i've had less than 10 typically haha
I'm really not looking forward to giving up my lattes.
But I will have to make do with brewed or americanos. :(
I switched to iced tea with lemon
I'm definitely making that pumpkin creamer this weekend, so I think I'll survive. I just prefer stopping on my way to work because I'm basic and like to spend money
Braising short ribs and making cauliflower "polenta" with roasted brussels sprouts for dinner. Should be glorious.

Just put a bunch of pepperoni and mozzarella in a bowl and nuke that shit!!!
I did my cheat meal of Chinese, and wow, I feel super awful now. My body rejects carbs now.
I am about to go on a diet because I want to lose 40 pounds over the next 20 weeks or so for myself and my health. It's gonna be rough so maybe I'll post my weekly updates here to make it easier if thats cool with you all.

Day one is off to a start. Kale, sausage, and goat cheese frittata on the way to work. I have some avocado bacon egg salad for lunch, and I'm going to eat some deli meat and cheese for afternoon snack. Herb cheese stuffed turkey burgers for dinner.

For real, for me if I have a carby meal, the next day I have an anxiety flare up and feel like shit. This diet is just how my body functions optimally.
Keto has made me feel like shit most of the time, but I'm losing weight. So. Bleh. I'll give it some more time. I'm getting none of the energy or clarity people claim to get from it. It's been exactly a week.
Make sure you're getting enough electrolytes and staying hydrated! That's the most important thing in the beginning.
I've been drinking absurd amounts of water and my diet has been pretty diverse. I think a large part of it is sugar withdrawal. I still really want sugar and it's killing me inside.
