Agreed. N64 and PS1 era are the hardest games for me to go back and play.

SNES games have aged a lot better than 64 games for this reason imo

The N64/PS1 generation has definitely aged the poorest out of any generation. For every game that still plays wonderfully/looks acceptable like Super Mario 64, Paper Mario, Mario Kart, or Ocarina of Time, there are a hundred that are blocky, borderline incoherent messes that play horribly.

8-bit will always have its own charm, and 16-bit is timeless.

This game must have looked so good to me back in the day. Maybe the PS1 was actually bad

I don't know man, I like that look. It's the gameplay that often doesn't hold up when it comes to N46/PS1. Of corse there are very notable exceptions.

Okay so after DQ 11 I think I can stay clear of any new games for at least a couple months, I think.

I create content for some of your favorite artists

I’ll be on holiday when LA drops and it’ll take a ton of will to not buy it day one and ignore the Smokey Mountains

Can't remember which, but I loved one of the Rugrats games that was either on N64 or GameCube.

Idk why but I just remembered Tak and the power of juju for the first time in years. That game was so fun
